Wind Power Project in Mexico
Delphos won an international tender from Baja California State Energy Commission to lead a U.S. Trade and Development Agency (“USTDA”)-funded feasibility study that assesses the financial, legal, technical, and environmental feasibility of a 50 MW wind power project in Baja California, Mexico. Delphos is providing recommendations as to the preferred financing structure for the project, assessing various financing options for the recommended structure, consulting with potential public and private financing organization, analyzing the project’s financial viability, and preparing a financial model with sensitivity analysis for different financial configurations. The $374,000 grant funding the tender was provided to the Baja California Energy Commission by the USTDA.
