Review of Risk Management Policies and Framework
Seeking to expand its support to MSMEs, the DBN has recently taken on two innovative initiatives, a strategy to finance domestic financial institutions for green and climate financing on-loans to MSMEs, and foreign exchange funding. Having recognised its exposure to additional risks, the DBN developed a Green Finance & Climate Risk Management Framework and a Foreign Exchange Risk Management Framework. Delphos – FMA was engaged by the DBN to conduct a review and assessment of the two new risk management frameworks and their associated procedures in order to verify alignment with risk management best practices in the context of the DBN’s operations.
