Launch of Two Pioneering IPPs in Gambia
Delphos is providing advisory services to support the Government of Gambia, as assisted by the African Legal Support Facility (“ALSF”): (i) training on power project development and financing; (ii) preparation and launch of two IPP competitive tenders; and (iii) the negotiation of two IPP projects: HFO and PV solar. Previously, Delphos advised MCC on energy PPP aspects of its threshold compact program for the country.
