IPP Procurement Framework for Ghana
Delphos developed recommendations on a new framework for competitive procurement and contracting of IPPs in Ghana. At the request of the World Bank, Delphos International reviewed international experiences and provided recommendations on linking planning and procurement of power projects along with institutional arrangements. The firm assisted the Bank in conducting a workshop for Ghanaian stakeholders, where the recommendations were debated and refined.
