Four Seasons Resort in Dominican Republic
Delphos assisted Cisneros Real Estate to structure and arrange debt financing to support the construction and operation of a 169-room Four Seasons hotel and 24-unit branded residential component known as Tropicalia, located in the municipality of Miches, Dominican Republic. The financing closed in 2018. The project will comprise a 169 room Four Seasons hotel and 24 Four Seasons-branded residences. Delphos assisted Cisneros in securing commitments from IDB and IFC for approximately $120 million in senior debt financing.
