Delphos was engaged by the IDB to perform a feasibility and market study for the creation of the Pacific Alliance Infrastructure Fund (“PAIF”). Delphos conducted market soundings to assess the interest of potential fund managers to participate in the process of structuring, financing, and managing the PAIF, a $1 billion fund to finance key infrastructure investment in transportation, energy, telecommunication, water and sanitation, among others, in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
