Delphos supported Fondo de Fondos in the launch of a new impact investing fund that will contribute to the access by SMEs and SME lenders to the local debt capital market in Mexico. The specific tasks performed by Delphos included conducting a thorough assessment of the target investment space and of the current capital providers, providing guidance in the definition of the fund’s theory of change and investment thesis, developing the financial model, providing recommendations on fund structure design applying a blended finance approach, and drafting of marketing materials. Additionally, Delphos supports Fondo de Fondos in capital raising.
