Due Diligence and Investment Structuring for Clean Energy Projects
Delphos supported the JW McConnell Family Foundation in conducting thorough due diligence of potential financings to post-secondary institutions to support their switch to clean electricity through a Direct Power Purchase Agreement of renewable energy with the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Additionally, Delphos provides guidance on the design and structuring of the investment vehicle or financial instrument which with the potential to mobilise additional investors to support the project.
