Due Diligence and Investment Structuring for Accelerating the Growth of Impact Investing Funds
Delphos advised the JW McConnell Family Foundation’s Solutions Finance Accelerator Program in assessing applications to provide concessionary capital and grant financing to selected emerging “social finance intermediaries” (impact investing funds) in Canada. Additionally, Delphos provided guidance on the design and structuring of the individual investments by applying a blended finance approach and provided financial mentorship to selected investees. The advisory services supported the Program’s objective to scale up social financing in Canada, including by attracting investments from various sources of capital.
