385 MW Gas-to-Power Feasibility Study in Cameroon
Delphos won a competitively-bid USTDA-funded study to perform technical, economic, financial, legal, and regulatory advisory services related to a gas-to-electricity power project in southwest Cameroon. Delphos served as team leader to advise on the technical and financial feasibility of the conversion to natural gas of an existing 85 MW power plant fired by HFO and the concomitant greenfield construction of a 315 MW combined-cycle gas turbine power plant and its associated transmission line. In addition, Delphos led the consortium in advising on the proper allocation of risks for the development of the offshore Isongo gas fields in Cameroon and the supply of condensate to the oil refinery SONARA.
