Delphos was hired by OPIC’s Small and Medium Size Enterprise Finance (“SMEF”) group to provide direct underwriting support to OPIC which included deal structuring, review of key project documents, and the preparation of OPIC’s internal credit approval papers. The project involved the construction of a 1,110-unit housing development in La Chorrera, Panama at a total cost of $33 million.
