€523MM Capital Raise, Advisory, and Modeling Services to the Government of Angola
Delphos assisted a joint venture in arranging financing for the Government of Angola to deploy a PV solar portfolio of approximately 350 MW in seven separate sites with total project costs of €523MM. The joint venture is comprised of Sun Africa LLC, a utility-scale solar project developer and off-grid solution provider, and M. Couto Alves, part of the EPC conglomerate.
