Delphos successfully raised debt finance and served as the financial advisor to a Kenyan data center provider, an entity formed to build, own and operate data centers in East Africa, beginning in Mombasa, Kenya. Delphos assisted the company by building its financial models, structuring debt and guarantee solutions, supporting commercial negotiations with vendors, and helping the shareholders raise capital for the launch of its first data center.
