Advisory to World Bank Group on Renewable Energy Storage Systems for the Pacific Island Countries
Delphos advised the World Bank Group in developing a regional BESS policy framework and guidelines for the Pacific Island Countries (PICs). The engagement involved reviewing regional BESS policies, creating technical and commercial assessments for private sector participation through PPPs and auctions, and designing BESS development roadmaps for 11 PICs. This helped the Pacific Power Association integrate diverse PIC situations into a unified regional BESS framework.
