Delphos is advising on the ASEAN Power Grid (APG) initiative, transitioning it from the study stage to full implementation. The assignment focuses on creating a comprehensive Roadmap, encompassing political decisions, technical studies, financing frameworks, and regulatory reforms. This Roadmap offers stakeholders a clear plan for informed decision-making, guiding all stages from planning and preparation to financing and implementation, ensuring the successful advancement of the APG initiative.
