US$65MM Debt Raise for Greater Access to the Afghanistan's Cellular Network System
Delphos assisted in the debt raise for a strategic joint-venture between the country’s leading mobile operators. The joint-venture was created as a dedicated tower company (Roshan) that owns and operates their approximately 1,800 towers at the time to reduce their combined operating costs.
As a social enterprise, the company’s vision is “to be the benchmark emerging market telecommunications company that focuses on customers, stakeholders, and employees, providing quality and value in an ethical manner”.
