Assisted in Developing Nuclear Facility to Replace Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant
Delphos provided financial advisory services related to the development of a nuclear facility to replace the existing Metsamor nuclear power plant in 2008. These services included evaluating the project ownership structure, developing a pro forma financial model, tariff analysis, financing strategy memorandum and a survey of potential funding sources. Delphos served as a subcontractor to PA Consulting. The study was funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (“USAID”).
