Delphos International Director Andrew Brown will be speaking at the Brazil International Renewable Energy Congress (“BIREC”) 2016, held in São Paulo from November 7-10. Mr. Brown will lead a roundtable discussion on structuring projects to attract investment on Monday, November 7 at 2:30 pm.
